Coaching Guidelines

All sessions are held in strict confidence, adhering to our communication guidelines and within the bounds of the law. Your privacy and autonomy are deeply respected at all times. We encourage honesty and openness during our session structure, but only when you feel safe and ready. Additionally, please review our cancellation policy to understand your options.

Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes, following a structured format to ensure effectiveness. You may choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly scheduling based on your preferences and needs. Please also review our cancellation policy and communication guidelines to enhance your experience. Sessions are conducted virtually or in person (if applicable).

Please adhere to our cancellation policy by providing at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may impact your access to future sessions. We always take emergencies and safety concerns into consideration with compassion, in line with our communication guidelines.

You may contact your coach between sessions via email or text for brief check-ins or updates, adhering to our communication guidelines. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response. Note that we do not provide crisis counseling—please refer to emergency resources when needed. For any changes to your sessions, please review our cancellation policy.

You have the right to pause or stop any conversation that feels overwhelming, in line with our communication guidelines. You are always in control of your story—we follow your lead. Our cancellation policy allows you to end services at any time, no explanation required.

Healing is a journey, not a race. There may be ups and downs, and that’s okay. We’re here to support progress—not perfection.
