General Guidelines

• All sessions are held in strict confidence, within the bounds of the law.
   
• Your privacy and autonomy are deeply respected at all times.
   
• We encourage honesty and openness, but only when you feel safe and ready.

 Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes.
 

• You may choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly scheduling, depending on your needs.
   
• Sessions are conducted virtually or in person (if applicable).

•  Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
   
• No-shows or frequent cancellations may affect your access to future sessions.
   
• Emergencies and safety concerns are always taken into consideration with compassion.

•  You may contact your coach between sessions via email or text for brief check-ins or updates.
   
• Please allow up to 24–48 hours for a response.
   
• We do not provide crisis counseling—please refer to emergency resources when needed.

•  You have the right to pause or stop any conversation that feels overwhelming.
   
• You are always in control of your story—we follow your lead.
   
• You may end services at any time, no explanation required.

• Healing is a journey, not a race.
   
• There may be ups and downs, and that’s okay.
   
• We’re here to support progress—not perfection.
